Fulton Not "Re-Formable"

Fulton Co. is rotten to the core so is not "re-formable". Its DNA is inbred with long term inefficiency, cronyism, laughably poor service, a general disdain for the poor taxpayer, all run by a stack of buffoons on the County Commission (Emma Darnell!? Bill Edwards!?--Seriously??)
The only way to fix Fulton is to destroy it and start over.
Please--free the people of N. Fulton!
