charter amendment

I voted no. The wording on the ballot is deliberately confusing. I'm glad i educated myself prior or i would have voted wrong. The way to improve public schools is not to take more money away from them. GA has local charter schools and charter systems (Decatur City for example). This amendment is about state only, not the other two. That certainly is not clear from the ballot.
