Cauley Creek--Fulton Shooting from Hip again!

Per usual, and typical of the far-off out-of-touch, disconnected Fulton County Commissioners, instead of doing thorough research on the complete cost justification of this business decision. ALL of the elements should be considered and weighed on this decision. Instead, Fulton shot-from-the-hip and shut Cauley Creek down.
Look, if this treatment plant is costing taxpayers $6m a year to service private companies and churches, SHUT IT DOWN or let the users pick up the tab for the benefits they get.
However, we don't know if this is the case.
..just another case of Fulton punishing N. Fulton county without all the facts.
