That's an interesting theory. Mambo's Cafe recently vacated their space in this stripmall with plans to reopen on Windward. Perhaps that move was motivated by rising rent. However, Fulton property records do not reflect a sale and Coro Realty still shows Alpharetta Crossing on their list of properties. I don't think the property has been sold. S Lee Guy
