WILLS PARK RECREATION CENTER MULTIPURPOSE FLOOR REPLACEMENT

The City of Alpharetta is accepting bids for WILLS PARK RECREATION CENTER MULTIPURPOSE FLOOR REPLACEMENT including, but not limited to, removal of existing flooring and debris; installation of new maple hardwood gymnasium flooring system; all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project. The location of the work is at the City of Alpharetta’s Wills Park Recreation Center, 11925 Wills Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009, within the City of Alpharetta, Georgia.
The Bid document will be available online Thursday, January 17, 2013, at our website, www.alpharetta.ga.us choose the Bids tab. The bid opening will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the City of Alpharetta Finance Department, 2970 Webb Bridge Road, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009.
A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 beginning promptly at 2:00 PM at the Wills Park Recreation Center at 11925 Wills Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009. The City will only accept bids for from Bidders who have attended and signed in on time at this pre-bid conference.
