| CITY OF ALPHARETTA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS | FOR DEVORE ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Alpharetta is accepting bids for DEVORE ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS including, but not limited to the fabrication, delivery and installation of sidewalks, curb and gutter, installation of a retaining wall, excavation/trenching, backfilling for utilities, landscaping and related work to constructing sidewalk. The location of the work is along the southern Right-of-Way of Devore Road --- within the City of Alpharetta, Georgia.
The Plans and Project Manual will be available for download on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at www.alpharetta.ga.us. All interested vendors may also pick up a bid package on a CD at the City of Alpharetta Department of Engineering/Public Works, 1790 Hembree Road, Alpharetta, Georgia for no charge. The bid opening will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the City of Alpharetta Department of Financial Services, 2970 Webb Bridge Road, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009.
