Belly Dancing- Belly dance is a way to physically connect with mother earth, express yourself, and help improve pelvic floor health. Known by all for its incredible benefits to the body, belly dance will improve your strength, flexibility and stamina. It is a dance for all ages, stages and phases of a female’s life. Learn to move with grace, love yourself, and form new friendships. Belly dancing also benefits women greatly before, during, and after pregnancy. It strengthens all the muscles connected to the pelvic floor, as well as aids prevention and recovery from bladder issues. Experience belly dancing in a fun and meaningful way.
Investment: Drop in rate $15; $52 for 4 classes; $99 for 8 classes; $135 for 11 classes Offered: Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm
