Sonic's midnight closing time and Johns Creek's 11 PM

One hour doesn't seem like much, BUT, to homeowners living near this restaurant it would mean more noise until midnight or after. When a restaurant closes, it still needs to do clean up. stocking supplies, etcetera.That means another hour or so.
There are a few differences:
Sonic wants to close at midnight like McDonalds does.
Sonic is in Johns Creek, McD's is in Roswell.
Sonic is located in front of a residential community, McD's is not.
The Johns Creek council approved the initial 11PM closing time for Sonic and that should be the limit. Next Sonic will be asking for other changes. Give them an inch, they'll take a yard type of thing.
