New management has taken over at Vickery Village, with Colliers Spectrum Cauble now handling leasing of the south Forsyth retail center.
The Atlanta-based company will manage and lease the 200,000-square-foot mixed-use center, which includes 70,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and 80,000 square feet of office space above the shops.
Vickery Village is surrounded by Vickery, an upscale residential neighborhood consisting of 430 single-family homes and 125 townhomes. The 50,000-square-foot Forsyth County Family YMCA anchors the commercial development.
