A Holiday Pops Concert by the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra on Dec. 6 will ring in the holiday season for Johns Creek residents. The event, which also includes a Christmas Gala and champagne dessert reception, is at St. Benedict Church, 11045 Parsons Road, Duluth.
Other performances will be by tenor soloist Adam Kirkpatrick, guest artist Stuart Culpepper, the adult and children's choirs from St. Benedict, The Chattahoochee Brass, and a special jazz performance led by Cucho Garcia.
The concert will include selections from Handel's "Messiah," "The Nutcracker," and "A Charlie Brown Christmas," as well as "O Holy Night," "White Christmas," "Sleigh Ride," and a good old fashion sing-a-long. The champagne dessert reception immediately follows.
