DUI arrests
• Javier I.B. Francisco, 25, of Rosemont Parkway, Roswell, was arrested Oct. 24 on Windermere Parkway in Suwanee for DUI and driving without a license.
• Carlos A. Rivera, 29, of Antioch, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 24 on Pilgrim Mill Road in Cumming for DUI.
• Phillip M. Mosrie, 39, of Tanglewood Drive, Cumming, was arrested Oct. 28 on Ga. 306 in Cumming for DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Colina J. Collins, 28, of Youngdeer Drive, Cumming, was arrested Oct. 19 on Freedom Parkway in Cumming for DUI, open container and hit and run.
• Aurelio Iglesias, 55, of Bennington Lane, Cumming, was arrested Oct. 18 on Sanctuary Parkway in Alpharetta for DUI, speeding and failure to maintain lane.
• Darryl W. Free, 42, of Bates Drive, Alpharetta, was arrested Oct. 18 on Ga. 141 in Cumming for DUI and following too closely.
• Christopher Davison, 37, of Firethorn Pass, Cumming, was arrested Oct. 19 on Firethorn Pass in Cumming for DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Phillip A. Thompson, 56, of Presige Lane, Gainesville, was arrested Oct. 20 on Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville for DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Paul F. Joiner II, 41, of Thornborough Drive, Alpharetta, was arrested Oct. 20 on Atlanta Road in Cumming for DUI, hit and run and expired tag.
Drug arrests
• William G. Scott, 24, of Monticello Drive, Cumming, was arrested Oct. 21 on Shiloh Road in Alpharetta for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Xanax, possession of suboxine, expired tag and brake light requirements.
• Christopher McNair, 18, of Tallantworth Crossing, Cumming, was arrested Oct. 20 on Ga. 9 in Cumming for possession of marijuana.
