Brad Trego, owner of CrossFit North Fulton, recently presented a check for $500 to Alpharetta police officer Jim Little, who heads up the Alpharetta Police Athletic League (PAL). The funds were raised through the Atlanta Area CrossFit Affiliate Challenge in September, hosted by the North Fulton location. More than 140 competitors from 26 affiliate locations in the area competed in the event, with the winner taking home the coveted championship belt. PAL provides a variety of services to North Fulton youth to develop leadership and relationship skills.
