Life goes on after the divorce, but how to weather the emotional storm such a life-changing event can be a difficult process to go through alone.
You don't have to.
Facilitated by Doyle Hamilton, PhD., Roswell Presbyterian's pastoral counselor and based on Bruce Fisher's book, "Rebuilding: When Your Relationship Ends," this four-week series will offer both education and support for individuals regardless of their divorcing stage. Particular attention will be given to the emotional, relational and spiritual aspects of the adjustment.
Hamilton has extensive experience as a pastoral counselor, psychotherapist and workshop leader. He came to Atlanta in 1987 to work with The Verdery Center of the Georgia Baptist Health Care System, which later merged with the Georgia Association of Pastoral Care in January 2003. The name of the newly organized pastoral counseling organization is now Care and Counseling Center of Georgia.
