• The city will begin hosting its annual Fourth of July celebration early. The celebration will begin at 6 p.m. on July 3 with food, activities, live music and vendors at the Cumming Fairgrounds. Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. and a dance contest will immediately follow. On Friday, July 4, the city will host its annual Steam Engine Parade at 10 a.m., the parade will end at the Fairgrounds.
• "Smoke on the Mountain" is now playing at the Cumming Playhouse during weekends through July 27.
• The Bald Ridge Lodge Horse Show benefit will take place at the Cumming Fairgrounds on July 5 at 6 p.m.
