Host families are needed for the Global Friendships Inc. Summer Educational Home Stay Program. The program is expecting 16 students from Spain to visit the area this summer.
The student guests arrive on July 1 and depart on July 30. During the week, student guests will spend weekdays and weekends with their host families learning about family life in the United States. Student guests will also participate in activities and field trips during the four week home-stay program.
An information session on becoming a Host Family and to sign up for this exciting opportunity is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3 at 7 p.m. at Sharon Forks Branch Library, 2820 Old Atlanta Road in Cumming.
