Are your old tennis and athletic shoes piling up in your closet?
Don't throw them away. Bring them to Harry's Farmers Market in Alpharetta this month instead.
Harry's is partnering with Keep Roswell Beautiful during the Nike Reuse-A-Shoe month. Athletic shoes of any brand will be collected, processed and recycled into materials used in sports surfaces like basketball courts, tennis courts, athletic fields, running tracks and playgrounds for children around the world.
Harry's on 1180 Upper Hembree Road will collect the shoes through May.
The campaign is part of Nike's Let Me Play campaign, Nike's longest-running environmental and community program.
