Former Chattahoochee High standout athlete and UGA football player Clint A. Boling, 19, of Alpharetta was arrested for DUI May 14 on Ga. 120 in Alpharetta.
Alpharetta police arrested the Southeastern Conference Coaches' All-Freshman Team member just before 1:30 a.m. after he allegedly nearly left the roadway and changed lanes twice without signaling in a 2002 GMC Yukon.
Boling denied drinking and refused to take any Breathalyzer tests. He was taken to Fulton County Jail North Annex.
The University of Georgia Sports Communications Office said head football coach Mark Richt was aware of the arrest and would be dealing with the situation when he returns from a trip to Iraq.
