The Chattahoochee High School track and field team competed at the Disney Wide World of Sports March 15 in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The team competed against a highly competitive field from around the United States and Canada.
The girls' team placed 11th out of 31 teams, and the boys' team placed fifth out of 35 teams.
Medal Winners were: gold, Sydney Marshall 3200m; gold, Allison Haley 800m; silver, Olivia Eurek 800m; bronze, Helen Heindl Steeplechase; gold, Edgar Ricardez 3200m; silver, Sam Sherak, Dustin Hsu, Mitchell Couper, Jordan Erickson 4x800m; silver, Dylan Everetts Steeplechase; silver, Sam Sherak 800m; and bronze, Michael Davis 800m.
