The women raised $2,500 for Team in Training and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by giving donations and participating in the Crooked Creek Member-Guest Round Robin tournament.
Kristin Cleare, who organized the tournament with Julie Albano and Crooked Creek tennis pro Heather Silva, said each participant brought a non-Crooked Creek member to play. There were no prizes for winning. Instead, the day was just centered on having fun.
