March 05, 2008 Temple Kehillat Chaim will have its annual Bark Mitzvah event Sunday, March 9 at 1:15 p.m. The synagogue is at 1145 Green Street in historic Roswell.
Contests, prizes and awards, along with hot dogs to eat, will be part of this festival. Contests will be held for the dog that is the largest, smallest, most obedient, the one who looks most like its owner, and even for the most Jewish looking.
Enrollment is $18 per event with 8 events to be held.
Many local pet establishments will be present, offering information about their products and services and will support this event with gift certificates as prizes for winners of the various events, like That Dirty Dog, Precious Pets, Camp Bow Wow, The Dog Spot and EH Griffith Faux Finishes, just to name a few.
Music will be provided by ATLANTIS DJ.
