February 25, 2008 CUMMING - There's a new college town in Georgia.
North Georgia College and State University announced Feb. 19 that it will begin a masters of business administration program on the empty fourth floor of the Cumming City Hall. The program called "TeamMBA" is the first masters program offered in the Mike Cottrell School of Business at North Georgia.
The 20-24 month program is aimed at working professionals who would take night classes twice a week and stay connected to their teachers and fellow students via the web. Classes will begin in August with 30 to 40 students who will matriculate through the courses together.
