Historic Barrington Hall is bringing in professional Chef John Wilson of Roswell to teach an array of classes based on classic European cuisine and cooking skills.
A special week is even planned this spring for a Teen Cooking Camp. Reservations are required and space is limited.
The following sessions are limited to 10 participants per class, at a cost of $50 per person per class.
Jan. 22, Knife Skills; Feb. 5, Italian Part 1; Feb. 12, Italian Part 2; Feb. 26, Italian Part 3; April 15, Couples Grilling; April 22, Spring in Tuscany.
These classes are limited to 20 participants and cost $30 per person, per class. March 18, Chicken! Chicken! Chicken!; March 25, Cooking with Herbs.
Teen Spring Break Summer Camp is April 7-11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is open to ages 11-14 and is limited to 10 participants at a cost of $220 per person.
