The ASA U11 Boys Xtreme Elite traveled to Knoxville, Tennessee for the Impact Premier Cup Fall Challenge tournament and brought home their second out-of-state tournament championship of the fall 2007 season.

The boys opened up the tournament with wins on Saturday, defeating the Impact 97 Swoosh, 7-0, and the Lakeway Legacy, 6-0. With two wins and a spot already secured in the finals, the Xtreme closed out the preliminary round on Sunday morning with their third straight shutout, defeating Impact 97 Nike, 3-0.

For the tournament final, ASA was faced with having to defeat the host Impact Nike team in back-to-back games. The Xtreme started the final game quickly, scoring two early goals.

However, the Impact answered back with two goals of their own to close out the first half tied. Not to be denied, ASA regained the momentum in the second half, putting the ball in the back of the net twice, to secure the championship with a 4-2 win.

The nationally ranked Xtreme closed out their regular season in November, and then traveled to Orlando for the Disney Junior Soccer Showcase over the Thanksgiving weekend.
