Carolina Creek opens in Roswell
|
Roswell – Horace and Clara Connadate spent nine years running a successful Restaurant in New York and then another six working the festival circuit in the area, including shows at Inman Park and Octoberfest, both events with more than 50,000 attendees. So the jump to opening Carolina Creek, Fish, Chicken and Chips last month wasn't a stretch.
Fish, shrimp, oyster, crabs, chicken, and plenty of sides are on the menu. Customers can dine in or order take out. Future plans including catering and delivery.
Their restaurant in Brooklyn, N.Y., won Business of the Year/Family of the Year honors from the local Community Board. Fish, Chicken & Chips
