Harry's Farmers Market offers flu season lecture

November 04, 2009 According to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, more than one billion Americans suffer from colds each year, and five to 10 percent will come down with the flu. As part of its "Be Good to Your Whole Body" campaign in its Whole Body departments, Whole Foods Market will focus on immune support for the month of November.
Learn about the H1N1 virus and ways to avoid the flu this season with Michael Dailey, MD; Infectious Disease Specialist, North Fulton Regional Hospital. This lecture is part of the Whole Body, Whole Health 2009 Seminar Series. The lecture will be held Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 6-7 p.m. at North Fulton Regional Hospital Classrooms, 3000 Hospital Blvd, Roswell. Blood pressure checks will be held at 5:30 p.m.
