Mimosa ES preparing performances for governor
Mimosa Elementary school is excited to announce the fifth grade recorder and percussion ensemble has been chosen to perform at the Governor's Mansion Dec. 17 between 9:30 and 11 a.m.
They are currently working on several ensemble pieces that incorporate four different types of recorders. Each student is learning how to play all of them.
They are also working with hand chimes, rhythmic percussion and keyboards.
