Obviously there are trust issues here

November 03, 2009 Forsyth deputies reported Oct. 25 that a 57-year-old Duluth woman simply refused to pull over for a routine traffic stop, saying she was in fear for her safety.
According to the incident report, a deputy spotted the woman's Chrysler Sebring missing a headlight on Peachtree Parkway at about 9:30 p.m. He tried to pull her over, but she continued on, eventually pulling into a Walgreen's pharmacy. She then got out of her car and went inside the business.
There the officer asked her to come outside with him. Instead, the woman told the manager "he was a witness she was walking outside with a stranger." The deputy told her he was no stranger.
"I advised her I was a Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputy wearing my issued uniform in a marked Forsyth County Sheriff's Office patrol vehicle," wrote the deputy.
For her part, the woman said she wasn't going to pull over unless it was in a lit area. The deputy pointed out she had passed two lit areas on her way to Walgreen's.
She then tried to walk away and was placed in the back of a patrol car. The woman's husband picked her up and drove their car home.
She was not charged.
