Alpharettan wins recipe contest
|
October 26, 2009 Alpharetta resident Lewis Williams was one of four winners in a seafood recipe contest held by Ray's on the River in honor of its 25th anniversary this month. Ray's on the River Executive Chef Tom McEachern prepared the dishes to be judged by Ray's Restaurants owner Ray Schoenbaum, guest judge Ron Wolf of the Georgia Restaurant Association and the rest of the Ray's Restaurants' executive chefs.
· Williams won for his Chipotle Lime Shrimp Pasta.
·These at-home chefs won a dinner for two (value of $250) at Ray's on the River and the honor of their dishes being served at all three Ray's locations throughout the month of October.
