The bride-elect is the great granddaughter of Margaret Jones of Duluth and the granddaughter of Helen Jones and the late Bobby Jones of Duluth, the late Betty and T.A. Brumbalow of Duluth, and Rose Nafus of Sayreville, N.J. She is 2004 graduate of Duluth High School and a 2008 graduate of Mercer University, where she received a bachelor's of science in engineering degree. She is employed at POWER Engineers Inc., in Norcross as an electrical engineer.
The future groom is the grandson of Marie Messina and the late Paul Messina of Pensacola, Fla., and the late Bill and Mary Trombly of Chazy, N.Y. He is a 2002 graduate of Chazy Central Rural School. He graduated from SUNY Canton in 2004 with an associate's degree in civil engineering and the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2007 with a bachelor's of science in civil engineering technology. He is also employed at POWER Engineers Inc., in Norcross as a structural
engineer.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 17 at Forrest Hills Resort in Dahlonega.
