Pet Parade helps pals in need

| | | (click for larger version) | | June 17, 2009 In an effort to help their furry friends, the King's Ridge Christian School K-Kids organized a Pet Parade, raising $800 to benefit Canine Assistants and the Humane Society of Forsyth County. The K-Kids are a Kiwanis-based group of students in grades 3-5. Award winning dogs included: Smallest Dog, Bella, owner Kimberly McCart; Biggest Dog, Aslan, owner Stephan Carlton; Best Dressed, Goldie, owner River Ross; Owner Look Alike, Ginger, owner Brooke Brannon; and Senior Dog, Siena, owner Tate Mills.
