Linda Schultz, the school board member representing Roswell, welcomes the crowd to the ceremony on April 27, while members of the Roswell City Council look on.
The new classrooms were a welcome addition to Roswell North, which is expected to have 950 students next school year. The addition was funded by the proceeds from the one-cent Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax.
In addition to Schultz, other attendees at the ribbon cutting included Roswell Mayor Jere Wood, city council members Lori Henry, Becky Wynn, Jerry Orlans, David Tolleson and Rich Dippolito, and Fulton Schools Supt. Cindy Loe.
