June 18, 2013
ROSWELL, Ga. – This is no bull; it's actually a buffalo. Roswell police pulled over a truck carrying a statue of a buffalo June 10 on Holcomb Bridge Road.

"The trailer that was carrying the beast did not have a trailer tag," said the officer who pulled it over. "The driver of the truck had proof of registration for the trailer in the truck and he was given a warning."

The statue belongs to the Ted's Montana Grill restaurant company, which is known for serving buffalo burgers, and goes around the country to different store locations, said Lisa Holland, spokeswoman for the Roswell Police Department.

We must commend the "ever-alert" Police force of Roswell for following, stopping, and giving a verbal warning to the driver pulling a Buffalo Statue bound for Ted Turner's Montana Grill. Can you imagine some scuff-law pulling a trailer with no tag? I felt endangered just reading about it! Meanwhile, there is a stretch of Holcomb Bridge Road where Armed Robbery, Thief by Taking, Car break-ins, and Drug sales runs rampantly every day, but you had better not try to drag an unlicensed trailer through that area because your days are numbered.
