February 09, 2012 Johns Creek, Ga. — Former Major Leaguer Todd Greene will host a hitting clinic on Monday, Feb. 20. There will be two sessions – one from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for 13u and 14u players. The second session will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for 11u and 12u players. Both sessions will be held at the Patriot Athletic Campus, located at 9825 Brumbelow Road in Johns Creek.
The cost is $70 and space is limited to ten players per session. To register, e-mail vsg725@yahoo.com.
Greene is a veteran of 12 years in the majors, having played for the Anaheim Angels, Toronto Blue Jays, New York Yankees, Texas Rangers, Colorado Rockies and San Francisco Giants. He is currently a scout with the Arizona Diamondbacks and a roving instructor with the Mount Pisgah baseball program.
