Advance Voting for February 4 Special Election Runoff Underway

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Advance Voting for the February 4 Special Election Runoff to fill the vacancy in Georgia House District 22 is underway and will run through Friday, January 24. In Forsyth County, Georgia House District 22 encompasses the entire Brandywine precinct, portions of the Polo precinct, portions of the Midway precinct, and all of the former Vickery precinct. All of the former Vickery precinct voters have been reallocated to either the Polo or Midway precinct. Only those voters who reside in Georgia House District 22 are eligible to vote in this election.

Advance Voting January 21-24

Forsyth County registered voters who reside in Georgia House District 22 may cast their ballot during Advance Voting January 21 - 24 at the Forsyth County Administration Building, located at 110 E. Main Street in Cumming, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Saturday Voting

The Forsyth County Administration Building at 110 E. Main Street and the Midway Park Community Building, located at 5100 Post Road, will be open for voting on Saturday, January 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Advance Voting January 27 - 31

Beginning Monday, January 27, the Forsyth County Administration Building and the Midway Park Community Building will be open for voting as follows:

Downtown Cumming

County Administration Building

110 E. Main Street; Cumming, GA 30040

Voting Hours:

Monday, January 27, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, January 28, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Wednesday, January 29, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Thursday, January 30, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday, January 31, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

West Forsyth Area

Midway Park

5100 Post Road; Cumming, GA 30040

Voting Hours:

Monday, January 27, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, January 28, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Wednesday, January 29, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Thursday, January 30, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday, January 31, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
