CUMMING, Ga. — The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is holding a public hearing for proposed changes to the Unified Development Code at 5 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 3.
The hearing will present proposed changes about the elimination of undisturbed buffers when there is a religious institution next to a residential use or residentially zoned property and to receive public comment concerning these draft modifications.
The hearing will be in the commissioners' meeting room on the second floor at the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main Street, Suite 220.
