April 18, 2013JOHNS CREEK, Ga. – The Miss CHS Queen of Diamonds was crowned March 23 at Chattahoochee High School, with awards presented in 19 categories for high school as well as middle school contestants.
In addition, a King of Diamonds contest was held for the host program, the Chattahoochee baseball teams.
Hooch sophomore Kaitlyn Bracknell was crowned Miss CHS Queen of Diamonds. Stephanie Miller, a senior, was first runner-up.
In the Jr. Miss division, River Trail Middle School eighth-grader Jordi Fietz was crowned queen and Katherine Heissenbuttel was first runner-up.
Mitch Koch, a senior varsity baseball player, won King of Diamonds.
Additional winners in the high school division included: Taylor Sperry, sophomore, People's Choice Award; Claire Peterson, sophomore, Miss Congeniality; Lauren Jackson, sophomore, second runner-up; Kelsey McNeely, senior, third runner-up; Sydney Benjamin, junior, fourth runner-up; Lexsie Oliver, junior, Best Sportswear; Savannah Ellis, freshman, Prettiest Hair; Katie Trainer, junior, Prettiest Eyes; Claire Peterson, sophomore, Prettiest Smile; and Hope Kemp-Hanson, freshman, Prettiest Dress.
Other winners in the Jr. Miss division included: Sierra Shurtz, Best Sportswear; Anna Danchin, Prettiest Hair; Taylor Phelps, Prettiest Eyes; Bridget Hoffman, Prettiest Smile; and Jordi Fietz, Prettiest Dress.
