JOHNS CREEK, Ga. – Abbotts Hill Elementary School conducted its first science and technology fair Jan. 10, and teachers and students were pleased.
The fair was divided into two areas of the school due to the large number of exhibitions and attendees. Participants of the science fair from kindergarten through fifth grade presented their science projects and were encouraged to demonstrate them to guests.
The technology fair included competitions in several categories such as multimedia, animated graphic design, digital photography and 3-D modeling, just to name a few.
Abbotts Hill Assistant Principal Dr. LaTonya Brown is eager to grow this program in the future, especially after seeing so much enthusiasm from all those involved.
