Concord Fire boys win Gwinnett tourney

MILTON , Ga. – The Concord Fire North White U10 boys' soccer team won first place in the Gwinnett Soccer Association Invitational tournament held Dec. 1-2. After the final game ended in a score of 1-1, the teams went into a 10-minute overtime in which neither team scored. Then a penalty kick overtime ensued, and the Concord team finally triumphed with some fantastic goals and strong goalkeeping skills to end the game 2-1.
