November 13, 2012 FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — To prepare for the presidential election last week, 170 AP U.S. History students at Lambert High School participated in the 2012 Electoral Prognostication.
Students organized presentations to predict the Republican or Democrat vote for all 50 states.
On Nov. 5, all 50 states were represented in the auditorium at Lambert High, 805 Nichols Road in Suwanee.
Students made the occasion even more fun by writing a rap or dressing up according to their state's climate and culture.
When predicting a state's party, students looked at demographics, state legislation, analysis of past elections and more.
Most of the students are not old enough to vote, but they were still taking active involvement in the election. View images.
