$14K stolen in lawn equipment from Absolute Lawn Pros

November 25, 2013
CUMMING, Ga. — Someone broke into a lawn care company's storage facility and stole 34 items valued about $14,000, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff's incident report.

On Nov. 14, the shop manager of Absolute Lawn Pros, 745 Atlanta Highway, told deputies someone cut the bolt lock of the storage facility's bay door.

Deputies spoke to the laborer for the company who arrived at the storage unit at about 6:45 a.m.

He said he saw the door left open at least one foot and he knew the last employee closed and locked it at 6:30 p.m. the night before.

The owner said about 34 items like chain saws, blowers, trimmers and motors were missing.

The property manager viewed the video surveillance from the night of the theft and saw a suspicious van enter the property about 2 a.m.

I've totally given up on the current forsyth county sheriffs department, they seem to be more interested in giving each other awards while the crime wave that seems to happen between 2 and 3 am is totally out of control .. I hope the people of forsyth county remember that when it comes time to vote ..
