Roswell Police: Drugs, fake IDs discovered in car

February 15, 2013
ROSWELL, Ga. – Four people were arrested Feb. 9 after police found a dozen fake IDs as well as stolen merchandise in their possession.

Police were called out the Kohl's store on West Crossville Road in Roswell about a suspicious car. Witnesses said the car was parked in the middle of the parking lot away from stores, and all occupants went to different stores.

One suspect, Kelsey Gene Haisten, 20, of Acworth, gave the officer a false date of birth and turned out to be on probation.

During a search of the car, several syringes and possible heroin were found, along with items stolen from surrounding stores. Also in the car were dozens of fake IDs.

Steven Moran, 20, Gabriella Melis, 20, Dustin Robert Ferrari, 22, and Haisten, all of Acworth were arrested on charges of theft, possession of false IDs and possession of heroin. Haisten was also charged with giving a false name to officers.
