ALPHARETTA, Ga. An alleged shoplifter was arrested Jan. 30 after he was caught with clothing taped to his legs as he walked out of the store.
Police were called to the Dillard's store in North Point Mall after store employees said Adrian Villarruel, 33, of Houston, Texas, was stealing clothing.
They alleged he was seen selecting clothing and walking into a changing room. When he left, he did not have the clothing and none was left in the room. When employees stopped him, the clothing two dress shirts and three tailored suits were found taped to his legs beneath his pants.
Villarruel was charged with shoplifting and giving a false name to police.
