Teens refused to leave Roswell man's home

Nabbed for criminal trespassing, drug possession

February 04, 2013
ROSWELL, Ga. – Two 15-year-olds were arrested Jan. 24 for possession of marijuana and criminal trespass after they allegedly barged into a man's home and refused to leave.

According to the victim, four youths burst into his Old Holcomb Bridge Way apartment about 8:30 p.m. demanding that the victim get his younger brother out of juvenile detention. When the victim refused and ordered the youths to leave, two did not. The boys continued to press the victim. At no point did they threaten the victim.

Police arrived and found the two boys in the home. A search of the boys turned up suspected marijuana in their pockets. Both boys were arrested for possession and criminal trespass and transported to the metro youth detention center.
