Phone, cash taken from woman at Forsyth County gas station

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A thief threatened a woman and stole her phone and cash, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff's incident report.
A woman at Murphy Gas Station, 5455 Atlanta Highway, around 4 p.m. Jan. 25 said she parked her car at the back of the store to go inside. As the victim walked toward the store, a man approached her claiming he had a knife. He told the woman to give him her phone and money.
The 26-year-old woman gave the thief her Apple iPhone 5 and $30 in cash. The man ran northbound on Atlanta Highway.
