CUMMING, Ga. — A man found a gun near his neighborhood's lake, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff's incident report.
At 5 p.m. Dec. 31, a man in the 1500 block of Aurelia Drive told deputies while he was walking around the lake in his neighborhood he found a gun in a case behind a bush.
The gun was a black Ruger Mark III .22 caliber and in the case were two loaded magazines.
The man said he didn't know of anyone in the area missing a gun.
