ALPHARETTA, Ga. – A $17,000 wedding ring and thousands in cash were reported missing Dec. 29 from an Alpharetta residence.
The victim told police she works in a dental office, which requires her to remove her ring. She typically places the diamond wedding band, valued at $17,555, in a bag under her mattress along with $2,000 cash. She noticed the items missing when she went to wear the ring for a special occasion.
