Wallet stolen from Walmart shopping cart in Cumming

CUMMING, Ga. — A thief stole a woman's wallet from her purse while she shopped at Walmart, 1500 Marketplace Boulevard, according to a Cumming Police incident report.
On Dec. 8, the victim told officers someone took her wallet from her purse while it was sitting in her shopping cart.
She realized the wallet was gone at 9:15 p.m. when she went to pay for her items.
The wallet contained credit cards, a driver's license, $160 and two uncashed checks made out to the victim.
