1 printer cartridge leads to jail time

JOHNS CREEK, Ga. — A man was arrested Dec. 8 after allegedly trying to steal a single printer ink cartridge.

Police were called to the Target store on State Bridge Road after employees said Jun Li, 48, of Lake Heights Circle, Johns Creek, entered the store and then hid the ink cartridge under his jacket sleeve as he walked around the store.

He entered the restroom, removed the wrapper of the cartridge and then tried to leave the store. Employees stopped him at the door. Li was charged with shoplifting.
