Power tools taken from Cumming home

CUMMING, Ga. — A thief stole several Stihl power tools from a home, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff's incident report.

Between noon and 2 p.m. Dec. 6, a thief entered a home in the 2200 block of Williams Lane and stole a hedge trimmer, chainsaw and backpack blower.

The victim said she returned home in the afternoon and noticed the utility door ajar and discovered the tools were missing.

The combined value of the chainsaw, hedge trimmer and leaf blower is $1,319.
