MILTON, Ga. — A Milton man was arrested Nov. 26 for allegedly exposing himself to children at a Milton neighborhood park.
Police were called to Genesis Way after reports came in about a suspicious man who followed a young girl home while not wearing shoes or underwear, and allowing his pants to fall down in front of children.
Witnesses said the suspect, identified as Clark McPherson Jr., 38, of Wyndham Farms Drive, Milton, had been watching children play on the basketball court and his pants kept falling down. When police questioned McPherson, he denied the allegations. The reporting officer notes McPherson smelled of alcohol. He also had a bottle of liquor with him.
McPherson was arrested for public indecency and public intoxication.
